Areas I Can Support You With

Anxiety and Overwhem

Explore the roots of your anxiety in a calm, supportive space and learn practical tools to manage racing thoughts, constant worry, and emotional overload so that daily life feels more manageable and grounded.

Loneliness

Whether you feel isolated in a crowd or are going through life changes that leave you feeling alone, we can work together to rebuild connection, strengthen your sense of belonging, and nurture more fulfilling relationships.

Low Mood and Depression

If you are feeling flat, unmotivated, or weighed down by sadness, therapy can offer gentle support, new perspectives, and small, realistic steps toward rediscovering meaning, hope, and enjoyment in your life.

Stress

Chronic stress can affect sleep, health, and relationships. Together we can identify your stress triggers, develop healthier boundaries, and build coping strategies that help you feel more in control and resilient.

Panic Attacks

Panic can feel frightening and unpredictable. We will work on understanding your panic cycle, learning grounding techniques, and gradually rebuilding confidence so that fear no longer dictates your choices.

Personal Growth

Therapy is not only for times of crisis. You may wish to understand yourself more deeply, clarify your values, or make meaningful changes in your life. I offer a reflective space to support your ongoing growth.

Grief and Loss

Loss can take many forms, from bereavement to the end of a relationship or a major life transition. Together we can honour your grief, make sense of your experience, and find ways to live alongside your loss.

Low Self-Esteem

If you struggle with self-criticism, doubt, or feeling "not good enough", we can gently explore where these beliefs come from and begin to build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Not Sure What You’re Feeling

You do not need to have the right words or a clear label for what you are going through. If something does not feel okay, you are still very welcome to reach out and we can explore it together at your pace.

Fees

I believe that counselling should be as accessible as possible.

Individual online counselling sessions (50 minutes): €50

Sessions are held securely online, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in Ireland.

I understand that financial circumstances can sometimes make accessing counselling difficult. For this reason, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for people on a low income or experiencing financial hardship. These spaces are subject to availability.

If you feel a reduced fee would help you access support, please mention this when you get in touch. All enquiries are welcomed and treated with respect and confidentiality.

FAQ

1. How much does a session cost?

Individual counselling sessions are €50 for 50 minutes. If cost is a concern, please feel free to ask about current reduced-fee availability.

2. Do I need to be LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent to work with you?

No. My practice is affirming and welcoming of all clients. While I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, anyone who feels my approach may be a good fit is welcome.

3. What if I feel nervous about starting counselling?

Feeling nervous is completely understandable. Starting counselling can feel like a big step, especially if this is your first experience. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out, we can simply start where you are

4. Is online counselling effective?

Many people find online counselling to be just as meaningful and effective as meeting in person. It can also provide greater comfort, flexibility, and accessibility from your own space.

5. How often would we meet?

Many clients begin with weekly sessions, though we can discuss a pace that feels appropriate for your needs and circumstances.

6. What if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for 24 - 48 hours.

7. Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is central to counselling, with limited exceptions where there may be a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else. We will go through this clearly before we begin.

8. Do I need to have a specific problem to start counselling?

No. You do not need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before beginning counselling. People seek support for many different reasons, including stress, life transitions, personal growth, relationships, or simply wanting a space to talk.

9. Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can contact me directly to arrange an appointment.
